Survey Carolina PLLC is looking to add a full-time Survey CAD Technician to our growing team! The applicant will work in conjunction with a Professional Land Surveyor to perform a wide variety of survey related tasks in an office setting. The ideal candidate will have strong computer and organizational skills. Experience is a plus, but not necessary.
The Professional Land Surveyor position functions as a member of the Survey Carolina PLLC team with the purpose of self-performing most tasks associated with projects including field and office tasks. The objective of this position is to deliver survey services to the client that meets the requirements of our agreements as to type and quality of services and timeliness of completion by a professional that has been involved in all aspects of the project from beginning to end.
The type of surveys a Professional Surveyor (Office/Field) could expect to be involved in would typically include boundary surveys and subdivision plats, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, construction surveys, and control surveys. A Professional Surveyor (Office/Field) may also perform other types of technical duties to support various projects.
